Work 4 days a week/10 hours a day
Monday-Thursday 
Hours:  5:00 am - 3:30 pm or 2:30 pm - 1:00 am

Rate of Pay: $19.53 an hour (plus $1 differential for 2nd shift)

We are actively seeking an Operator/Packer to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!  This role will be responsible for accurately packaging, sewing and catching bags.

As our Operator/Packer, you’ll make an impact by:

• Changing thread and crape as needed.
• Setting proper date codes.
• Lubricating sewing machine as needed.
• Verifying feed, bags and tags before packaging.
• Checking feed for contamination at the start of the run.

What you need to succeed:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to stand for long durations.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 lbs.

Pay Range: In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, the starting hourly range is $19.53. Manna Pro takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
