We are actively seeking a Direct-to-Consumer Junior Marketing Manager to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

The DTC Junior Marketing Manager will be accountable for delivering marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, growth, retention, and revenue. You’ll brainstorm ideas to meet marketing objectives, lead organic social strategy and help execute marketing initiatives, and report on campaign results.

As our Direct-to-Consumer Junior Marketing Manager, you’ll make an impact by:

• Becoming familiar with the product portfolio and developing a level of expertise around the product specifications, features and benefits.
• Managing both new and existing customer revenue growth by lowering CAC and increasing LTV, by suggesting strategies and implementing them to achieve these objectives.
• Being responsible for leading strategies to increase customer retention rates and re-purchase rates.
• Envisioning and executing retention and loyalty programs based on deep understanding of audience segments and journeys.
• Attending creative marketing meetings and being an active participant in brainstorming, bringing forth fresh ideas for new campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
• Pulling and analyzing sales data, report findings, & recommending actions to the Marketing Director.
• Leading execution of monthly marketing calendar.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• 4 + years' of experience in marketing.
• Team player who takes initiative and has the drive to develop their career.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Google Analytics experience.
