As our Total Rewards Manager, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Overseeing the design, implementation and administration of our compensation program that includes salary, bonus, and variable incentives, including day-to-day management of these programs.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of the company’s compensation philosophy and ensuring ongoing market competitiveness.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders, including the CEO and CFO to set overall compensation strategies for the company.
  • Leading the analysis of market pricing activities like benchmarking, data analytics, compensation practices and trends.
  • Overseeing the administration of Compana’s benefits programs and strategy including health and welfare, retirement plans and disability plans, to manage quality and cost, as well as attracting and retaining a high-performance workforce.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives while regularly benchmarking company programs against external trends.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • 5 + years of relevant Compensation and/or Benefits experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with self-funded plan design, implementation, and on-going review including innovative approaches to managing employer cost while enhancing employee experience, service, and quality of care.
