Job Responsibilities:
* Expected to perform outstanding Guest Service, including learning about and educating our Guests about the world of specialty coffee.
* Prepare quality products including coffee and non-coffee beverages with the use of an espresso machine, blenders and other equipment assisting in beverage preparation.
* Baristas will also be expected to perform basic housekeeping duties, and learn basic cash handling, POS and Computer skills.

Baristas are expected to perform 5 Star Guest Service, including learning about and educating our Guests about the world of specialty coffee.

Requirements:

* Must be 16 years old

* Must be self-motivated, energetic and customer service oriented

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced environment
