Are you a creative, tech-savvy, person who likes to get things done? The marketing intern position will work with the marketing coordinator and the entire team at Investors Realty to create content that reflects the company’s culture and accomplishments. You’ll be part of a team that creates advertisements, social media content, website content, proposals, videos, printable materials and more. You will be tasked with resource gathering for the creation of social media posts, blog articles, property brochures & more.

Day-to-day, you’ll exchange ideas with a marketing team and be tasked to move the best ideas forward. Most often, that will require research, photography or videography, writing, and assertive follow-up with the appropriate sources of information.

This position allows for you to do some the design and editing yourself, if that is your interest. Or you may choose to work with the design and editing resources already in place at the company. Other responsibilities will include helping to monitor and grow the company’s online reputation, leading online conversions, data upkeep, and helping with event execution.

In this position, you’ll be given training on the tools of office communication, get hands on experience producing content, meet a lot of people, and learn the basics of the commercial real estate business. We’d like to find a candidate interested in real estate who wants to grow with the company and who wants to learn how to be a true professional.

The best candidate is a great communicator who understands good design and is savvy on social media. They will have strong copy-editing abilities and solid interpersonal skills. Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress knowledge is preferred, but not required.
