Did you know seniors who age at home have better life expectancies than seniors in traditional long-term care? At Physicians Choice Private Duty our mission is to allow seniors to age at home as long as possible. We call it "in-home assisted living" and we're looking for the right person to help us spread our message and develop relationships with hospitals, senior agencies, physicians, rehabilitation facilities, and other private organizations.

If you have a passion for serving others and you're skilled at building relationships, consider becoming our Director of Field Marketing. You'll be responsible for meeting with senior care providers to differentiate us from the competition and creating value-added relationships. 

The position requires the Director of Field Marketing (DFM) to work with providers, community resources, and Physicians Choice staff to accomplish its goals. The DFM must be knowledgeable about our territory and the services provided by Physicians Choice. We're interested in your ability to secure new business while providing excellent customer service. Backgrounds in Senior Home Health Nursing or Marketing/Sales will be preferred. DFM’s will be immersed in our vision and values and spend their time out in the field communicating it with prospective referral sources and clients. Other duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Utilizing company software programs to maintain and track referrals and current client information.
• Meeting monthly and quarterly goals given by upper management.
• Submitting weekly activity reports and reviewing with the management team.
• Will strive to maintain positive internal and external customer service relationships.
• Must be able to demonstrate effective leadership skills.
• Must demonstrate effective communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions when clarification is needed.
• Plan and organize work effectively and ensure its completion.
• Demonstrates reliability by arriving to work on time and taking breaks in expected time frames.
• Will be expected to meet all productivity requirements.

Are You the Right Candidate?

Please apply if you have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in senior home health nursing.
• 1 year experience in home health marketing / sales.
• Strong understanding of our industry, the market, and the needs of the customer.
• Competent in all regulatory and compliance guidelines for the position.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient in multi-tasking, organization, and ability to research and resolve independently.
• Excellent communicator.
