Job Description

Run Networks provides managed IT and help desk services with offices in Omaha and Lincoln. Our goal is to manage networks efficiently and effectively through preventative maintenance while providing consistent help desk services to our clients. This candidate will be involved in end-user support and daily maintenance, with a mix of on-site and off-site work.

Culture Requirements:

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Windows desktop operating systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Some firewall experience required

Additional preferred knowledge:

  • Windows Server management
  • Office 365, Exchange Online
  • VMWare
  • VLAN, wireless, and switch configurations

Core Responsibilities:
The role is of this position is help desk services and user support. We support an array of application with something new each day. We also have projects related to servers, wireless, firewals, and various other move/add/changes. This task varies as needed.

Additional Information:

  • Must have verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
  • Must be able to assist and coordinate with users of all knowledge levels
  • Must possess dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Work conditions:

  • This position requires frequent lifting, sitting, standing, and reaching
  • Work hours 40+ hours per week with on-call rotation
