Insurance Agency Marketing (IAMS) has been around for 37 years and is one of the largest, independently owned Insurance Marketing Organizations in the country. We are experiencing significant growth and as a result, we are looking for an Annuity Client Services Sales Associate to join our Annuity team and help support this growth. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with licensed insurance agents across the country to promote the insurance carriers that we represent and their products

• Determine which annuity products may be of interest and provide information on product features & benefits

• Present, promote and cross-sell annuity products/services to existing policy owners

• Review current policies, update where needed and uncover other assets which might be better positioned in annuity products

• Utilize software platforms to provide illustrations and product recommendations for agents and policy owners

• Provide administration, back-office support & marketing strategies; a dedicated resource for our agents to help them grow their business

• Provide front line service and counsel to existing policy owners on their current policies

• May perform other related duties as required and assigned

Working Relationships & Contacts:

• Works with our insurance agents and carriers across the country to provide support & marketing strategies, consistency and achieve department goals

• Works with existing policy owners


Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED

• Licensed insurance agent for Life and Annuity

• Minimum 1 yr. of Fixed Index Annuity sales experience

• Knowledge of contract principles and procedures a plus

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with little supervision

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with client management data base & carrier websites a plus

• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills

• Ability to interact with internal and external individuals at all levels including Management

• Ability to multitask and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a “follow-up until resolved” mindset

• Must escalate appropriate issues in a timely fashion

• Must be detail oriented with accuracy


Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary plus attractive bonus plan

• Company year-end bonus if Company goals are achieved

• Medical health insurance after 90 days of employment – 100% paid premium

• Monthly Company paid HSA contributions after 90 days of employment

• 401K retirement plan after 12 months of employment – employer match up to 4%

• 7 paid holidays

• PTO day during birthday month

• PTO – (0-3 years) = 15 days per year; accrued at 1.25 days per month

(4+ years) = 20 days per year; accrued at 1.67 days per month

• Employee anniversary cash based on years of service

• Employee birthday lunch cash

• Holiday cash (Thanksgiving & Christmas)

• Employee referral bonus – if referred hire is employed for 90 days ($250 bonus)

180 days ($500 bonus)
