MANUFACTURING PROCESS ACCOUNTANT

eSpin is a small company based in Chattanooga manufacturing filtration products. The company manufactures fibers, fabrics and HVAC air filters. We are growing and looking at adding capable and motivated individuals to join the eSpin team.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and document cost system with clear understanding of manufacturing process
• Maintain inventory control records
• Cost accounting, product cost determination 
• Bookeeping
• PayrollAccounts Payables and Receiveables
• Participate in budgeting, variance reporting, forecasting, and advanced planning
• Reviews and performs analysis of Journal Entries
• Perform recurring accounting functions
• Prepares standard and specialized accounting reports
• Maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, and updating.

Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge of accounting in Manufacturing Environment
• General accounting & accounting software including QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of general and cost accounting system integration 
• Well verse in Excel
• Must have the ability to use independent judgment and accomplish assignments and routine tasks with minimal supervision
