Pre-K (4 year olds)
Lead Pre-K Teacher
« Plans and implements activities that promote the social and intellectual growth of children based on weekly themes and lesson plans.
« Responsible for learning and developmental activities, specialized programs and redirection of children. Also basic care and hygiene throughout daily activities.
« Communicates directly with parents through written documentation and verbal interactions.
« Maintains records, cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom.
Educational Requirements:
« High School Diploma required
« Associates Degree in Early Childhood or CDA preferred
« Bachelor's Degree in Elementary/Early Childhood Education highly desirable
Experience:
« 2+ years of early childhood experience
« 1+ years of experience working with assigned age group desirable
Other Requirements:
« Excellent organizational skills
« Ability to be flexible in assignment and work hours required
« Valid driver's license, clean driving record and ability to drive center vehicles desired
