Clear Recovery is currently looking for representatives to join their Collection team.

Candidate Qualifications should include:

• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center
• Goal oriented individuals who thrive in a competitive environment
• Being a team player and working well with others
• Ability to be assertive, empathetic & composed under pressure 
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Windows
• Ability to work one to two late nights until 6pm and one ½ day Saturday per month

Clear Recovery offers:

• A starting wage of at least $15.00 per hour
• A monthly commission structure with an average bonus over $500
• A flexible working schedule where make up time is allowed
• A full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, & 401K
• Eight paid holidays including the day after Thanksgiving & Christmas Eve
• A casual dress code of jeans in the winter and shorts in the summer
• A safe West Omaha location and/or some possibility to work from home
