AOI has a new business-to-business Sales opening for the Omaha market area.  We are a Herman Miller Certified Network Dealership that assists customers across Nebraska with the creation of great places to work.

Our Built Environment Learning Center and Living Office Showroom are a wonderful introduction to AOI's services and are excellent resources for our Account Managers.

AOI is a national commercial construction provider, Herman Miller office furniture dealership and DIRTT distribution partner. We differentiate ourselves from the typical contractor offering services beyond construction with a wide variety of interior solutions including Movable Wall Systems, Systems Furniture Sales, Design, Specification and Installation, Reconfiguration, Asset Inventory Management, Receiving and Warehousing. 

Our primary market sectors include Corporate Interior, Technology, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail and New Construction.  We build relationships with manufacturers that offer the right solutions for the best value in corporate and healthcare settings.

The Account Manager generates sales, develops new business and maintains commercial furniture accounts in the Omaha metropolitan area.

  • This outside selling position demands a high degree of self-motivation, and well developed planning, organization and time management skills.
  • The role requires excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to present both product and service capabilities of the company in response to the unique needs of each customer.   
  • Emphasis is on new account development, relationship selling and maximizing AOI’s presence in our community.
  • Candidate should have reliable transportation.  Limited overnight travel may be required for training, project oversight or meetings.
  • Experience in contract furniture or related industry preferred – Healthcare related experience a plus, but not a requirement.
