Service Billing Specialist (3 Positions Open)

We’re excited to be moving into new corporate offices in Council Bluffs, IA in the next few months and with that move, we are relocating and expanding our accounting department.
Due to our relocation and expansion, we are hiring several positions for our department at once. The start date for all positions will be April 22, 2019. All candidates must also be able to travel for three weeks to Sioux City, IA from May 13th – May 31st, Monday – Friday for training.
The Service Billing Specialist positions are open due to an internal promotion and expansion of the department. You will be performing all of the activities necessary to process RMS’s service billings and associated reporting. This isn’t one of those hide in a cubicle accounting positions. You will be in constant contact with our service operations, customers, and management. This role lives in an extremely fast-paced world where change is a constant. We are looking for individuals that have several years of experience in billing, preferably in a service industry or construction. You need to enjoy being of service to others and willing to do what it takes in order to take care of our employees and customers on a situation by situation basis. You must have excellent computer skills and work efficiently in Office products, especially Excel and Word. You’ll also want to like working with a team or independently – it all depends on the day. Most importantly, you must want to be part of our team and exude our values.
