Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)

Boys Town is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider, (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to provide medical and/or surgical to Boys Town Pediatric General Surgery patients at Childrens Hospital in collaboration with the attending physician. Hours will be Full-Time, 7:00pm - 7:00am, with rotating call, weekends, and holidays.

Qualified Nurse Practitioner candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Registered Nurse with 3-5 years experience in a health care setting
• Masters Degree in Nursing with previous clinical experience in a health care setting, minimum of 1-2 years experience
• Licensed as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Nebraska
• Current BLS certification and complete PALS certification within 6 months of hire

Qualified Physician Assistant candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree and graduate of an AMA approved Physicians Assistant program
• Current Certification by the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Current PA license to practice in the State of Nebraska
