Full-Time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.  Responsibilities include managing the desktop support within Boys Town National Research Hospital (BTNRH) and ensuring an outstanding level of customer service by overseeing the implementation, operation, support, and maintanence of the organization's workstation devices and supported desktop applications.  Qualified individuals must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of three to five years of technical Desktop Support experience with Windows 7 and 10.  We also require a minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role.  Windows 7, 10 and Comp TIA A+ certifications are preferred.  Excellent benefit package that includes health, dental and vision insurance; a 401k retirement plan; paid vacation and sick leave.  Boys Town National Research Hospital is a tobacco free campus.  This advertisement describes the general nature of work to be performed and does not include an exhaustive list of all duties, skills, or abilities required.
