Full-Time position, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.  Responsibilities include providing training on registration and scheduling processes to new front end staff, ensuring they are properly trained and able to demonstrate proficiency in the system, as well as providing ongoing education, training and daily quality monitoring of those staff. Provides initial system introduction training to new PFS staff. Is aware of new processes or functionality being implemented and provides updates and training to existing team members affected by the change, in a timely manner. The trainer will be responsible for maintaining a current calendar to include, all training sessions scheduled and the monitoring of training attendance to be made available and/or sharing with leadership as needed.  Qualified individuals must have a High School diploma or the equivalent, with excellent communication and presentation skills.  We do prefer a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting and 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle.  Individuals must have good computer skills, including Microsoft Office software and previous billing, registration and/or electronic medical record experience in NextGen or Epic is preferred.  Excellent benefit package that includes health, dental and vision insurance; a 401k retirement plan; paid vacation and sick leave.
