Job Description Summary:

 

The purpose of this job is to provide management, administration, and supervision to the customer services support team, which includes student workers and ITS staff. The Client Services Manager provides supervision, leadership, and training within Client Services. The manager is responsible for creating, implementing, continually monitoring, and improving customer support processes to proactively address emerging issues and ensure accurate and timely response to all customers. This job is also responsible for customer support, special projects, and responsibilities as described below. This position is responsible to develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.This position will uphold the ITS core principles of outstanding collaboration and communication, a drive to succeed, a passion for higher learning, and acting with integrity.

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree; equivalency considered

Three years computer support experience; required

Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of hardware and software, phones, internet, both PC and Mac; requiredProven customer relations experience including the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships with key customer groups; requiredSupervisory experience; requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and oral; requiredStrong organizational skills and be detail oriented; requiredKnowledge of customer service practices, including end-user support experience; requiredExperience within higher education; preferredDemonstrated knowledge of the Ethernet, TCP/IP, and Routers; preferred
