SAP Change Management, Training & Documentation Coord.

Job Description Summary:

Responsible for applying knowledge of business and management principles to identify, assess, and create business processes that improve technical and end-user system experiences. Assists with coordinating and communicating system changes to appropriate technical and functional users. Works closely with the SAP Change Management Lead and provides additional support to all business areas within SAP.

Qualifications & Attributes
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4 years’ experience with business information system user communication, training, and documentation experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational coursework in Business Administration, Communication, Management Information Systems, or Computer Sciences.
• Experience with the SAP enterprise business system
• Experience in the higher education industry

An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired may be considered.
