Client Services Manager (Lincoln, NE - 2 positions)
Job Description Summary:
The purpose of this job is to provide management, administration, and supervision to the desktop support team. The Client Services Manager provides supervision, leadership, and training within Client Services. This job is also responsible for customer support, special projects, and responsibilities as described below. Responsible for development of new clients and to maintain good relationships with existing Desktop Support clients.This position will uphold the ITS core principles of outstanding collaboration and communication, a drive to succeed, a passion for higher learning, and acting with integrity.

Bachelor’s degree; equivalency considered
Three years computer support experience; required
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of hardware and software, phones, internet, both PC and Mac; requiredSupervisory experience; requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and oral; requiredStrong organizational skills and be detail oriented; requiredKnowledge of customer service practices, including end-user support experience; requiredDemonstrated knowledge of the Ethernet, TCP/IP, and Routers; preferred
