Maple Crest Health Center, a part of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest is hiring for Registered Nurses / RN (full-time shifts are available for 6a-6p and 6pm-6am). Registered Nurse / RN part-time shifts are available for 6pm-10pm.

New Wage Structure:

Full-time RN: $40/hour- + Credit for up to 10 years of experience + bonus eligible Full-time RN/Weekender-$45/hour+ Credit for 10 years of experience + bonus eligible Float RN position- $47/hour =12 shifts per month; no Benefits

What We Need From You

As a Registered Nurse / RN, you'll perform a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psychosocial well-being and supervising staff in day-to-day activities. You feel great knowing you do meaningful work helping residents and their families!

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required; current Registered Nurse license (RN) in Nebraska or current compact state license required.
• Long Term Care experience preferred but not required. New Grads are welcome!
• Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.
• Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, patience, emotional maturity to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families and co-workers.
• Must comply with CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid) direction which requires proof of covid vaccination or request an exemption (religious or medical) prior to start date and if approved, must wear proper PPE while on duty.
