Maple Crest Health Center is looking for a talented Medical Records Supervisor (full-time) to join our dedicated team. As a Medical Records Supervisor at Maple Crest, you will provide a high level of service by maintaining patient medical records and health information systems including protected health information in accordance with state, federal guidelines and facility policy. Develops policy and ensures all medical records contain necessary information and signatures before filing. Pick-up, sends and retrieves medical charts as per policy. Supervises staff of 2.
Medical Records Supervisor Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2 years minimum experience in medical record department required;
Nursing home experience required; supervisory experience required.
Working knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 coding, anatomy, physiology, legal aspects of health information and records.
