Maintenance Technician

We have a career opportunity for a Maintenance Technician that will be responsible for installing and maintaining ALI's boilers and related equipment. The ideal candidate should have a thorough knowledge of boiler systems and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair boiler systems.

The position will be located at 5036/5020 S 33rd St., Omaha, NE 68107, working with different management levels (including the Board of Directors, CEO, President, CFO, Vice Presidents) and support personnel in all other locations.

The impact you will have:

• You will install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair boilers and related equipment.
• You will perform routine maintenance on boilers, such as cleaning and replacing parts, to ensure optimal performance.
• You will conduct tests and inspections to identify potential problems and take corrective action.
• You will monitor the performance of boilers to ensure proper operation. 
• You will maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
• You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes.
• You will keep up to date on new technology and advancements in the field.

What we are looking for:

• You will have a high school diploma or equivalent. It is preferred that you will have specialized training in HVAC or boiler systems.
• You will have the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• You will have proven experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• You will have knowledge of safety regulations and codes.
• You will have thorough knowledge of boiler systems and be able to troubleshoot problems and repair.
• You will have detailed-oriented, problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
• You will have strong written and verbal communication skills.
