Paid training for new hires are offered weekly. Evenings and weekends are required for the job as this is when most families are able to be together to reunite.
Family Support Services
Beneficial Behavioral Health Services is looking for motivated self-starters who are passionate about helping struggling families find stability. Our Family Support Services offer education and support to parents in all aspect of day-to-day living including household management, parenting skills, building healthy relationships and emotional regulation techniques. Through our services, struggling families are empowered to build support systems, gain access to community resources, make better parenting choices and begin to heal. This is collaborative and dynamic work. Family Support Specialists communicate closely with parents and children, referral sources and other agency representatives and complete electronic documentation. Must be able to do Parenting Time work while building your Family Support services clientele.
