Beneficial Behavioral Health Services(BBHS) started in August 1999. Our mission statement is "Building Happier Lives Through Behavioral Health". Over 90 employees provide comprehensive services to children at risk and their families through therapy and in-home services.

 

Family Support Services

Beneficial Behavioral Health Services is looking for motivated self-starters who are passionate about helping struggling families find stability. Our Family Support Services offer education and support to parents in all aspect of day-to-day living including household management, parenting skills, building healthy relationships and emotional regulation techniques. Through our services, struggling families are empowered to build support systems, gain access to community resources, make better parenting choices and begin to heal. This is collaborative and dynamic work. Family Support Specialists communicate closely with parents and children, referral sources and other agency representatives and complete electronic documentation. Must be able to do Parenting Time work while building your Family Support services.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in human services field, social work or related field (other BA/BS degrees accepted if applicant has experience in the field)
  • Keep records in compliance with company and agency policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Computer literacy and proficient keyboarding skills
  • Provide transportation with personal vehicle to surrounding communities in conjunction with the provision of services allowed
  • Valid driver's license in good standing, reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Required to work evenings and weekends
