We are presently adding to our teams due to the number of referrals coming into our agency. We are looking for individuals who want to be a part of a dedicated group of professionals who work in-home with children, youth and parents.

Must be dedicated, passionate, have a clear criminal history, excellent driving record and a genuine desire to make a difference in the life of a family.

Parenting Time Definition
Parenting Time Work is defined as the provision of observation, redirection, and documentation. The Parenting Time worker is responsible for the supervision of visits in the family home or community based setting. Parenting Time Work promotes the family well-being and enhances the protective factors i.e., resilience, social connections, concrete supports, and social and emotional competence. The worker will also be responsible for transporting/driving children between their placements (to include foster parents, placement facilities, schools and day cares when applicable).

Training for this position requires M-W 9am to 3pm or W-F 9am to 3pm.  Weekends are required for this position and some weekly evenings.  

Target Population
The target population is any adult, child, or juvenile involved with Department of Health and Human Services.

Staff Credentials
Requires a High School degree or GED and two years of related experience working with children, families, or other human services. Experience may include high school or volunteer experiences.  Must be at least 19 years of age.

Skills/Qualifications including but not limited to:• Proficient writing skills and computer skills
• Demonstrates understanding and empathy for others
• Pass a background check (Sexual Offenders Register, DHHS Central Registers for Adult Protective Services/Child Abuse and Neglect, and all Criminal Background Checks.)
• Pass a drug test upon hire and throughout employment
• Current and valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
