JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for company and employee/patient reception, registration, and scheduling for all occupational health services provided in the Madonna Fit for Work Program and TherapyPlus Clinic. Responsible for appointment management and coordination for patient care, and administrative services to ensure efficient operations of the Fit for Work program, Madonna TherapyPlus clinics and Madonna Rehabilitation Specialists. This includes, but is not limited to: setup and coordination of patient appointments, patient registration, obtaining workerâ??s compensation authorization prior to services, patient referrals for services to external providers as indicated, physical occupational and speech therapy services, Physiatry services opportunities. Develops and maintains data tracking and reports for key factors such as reported injuries per company, cancellation/no-show rates for Fit for Work services, authorization for services and referral numbers and other reports as needed to support operations. Job demands strict confidentiality and attention to details schedule changes and conflict. Supports team members with special projects and requests. Responsible for innovative changes to all processes for continuous improvement. Work will be performed in an ethical and legal manner following organizational policies, processes, protocols and procedures. Responsible for quality service delivery and internal/external customer relations for Madonna as a whole, including upholding the mission and values for the department and facility.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Prefer associate degree with 2 years experience preferably in health care, workers compensation, benefits or scheduling. Will consider work experience in lieu of associate degree.
SKILLS: Must have excellent customer service and accountability to build relationships over the telephone, problem solving skills and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently as well as on a team, develop and maintain excellent processes and records. Must have ability to operate standard office machines and personal computer. Basic math and reading skills. Must be proficient in use Microsoft outlook, word and excel. Must be able to work in fast paced, demanding situations without adverse reaction and be able to interact in a positive and friendly manner with customers and staff.
