Responsible for Fit for Work (FFW) program implementation, operational oversight and evaluation of corporate programs for Fit for Work occupational health and wellness clients. Direct provider of FFW services, educational and outcomes presentations, health screenings and individualized wellness coaching for FFW clients. Collaborates with internal and external audiences to develop new relationships with potential client companies and referral sources for Madonna FFW programs. Guides client companies in utilization of data to track impact of employee wellness initiatives in the workplace. Communicates, collaborates, and demonstrates excellent customer service skills and anticipate customer needs. Must demonstrate high integrity and confidentiality relating to all information. Mentors and assists in orientation of new FFW and other staff. Contributes to innovative change for continual process improvements and works efficiently and effectively and confidently in all aspects of position and excellent presentation skills. Responsible for quality service delivery and internal/external customer relations for this department and Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital as a whole, including upholding the mission and values of the department and facility. 




  1. Completion and maintenance of market analysis and use of information to assist supervisor with the development of business strategies for growth to meet business goals.

  2. Develops and delivers health and wellness programs and presentations for FFW clients including data tracking. .

  3. Develops client proposals, making pricing recommendations to supervisor.

  4. Coordinates scheduling, implementation and operations for health screening events.

  5. Coordinates supplies, scheduling, staffing and operations for annual flu shot clinics.

  6. Schedule coaching and wellness events with FFW clients.

  7. Create and design promotional materials for clients to utilize within their organization in order to encourage and promote participation.

  8. Analyzes and reports outcomes data acquired from programs to provide feedback to clients and utilize for future program development.

  9. Responsible for developing and managing reports for client companies and internal audiences.


  1. Provides educational and outcomes presentations to client companies and up sells FFW wellness and occupational health programs and services to maximize health benefits and impact.

  2. Conducts individual wellness coaching sessions and supports clients in developing goals and strategies for success.

  3. Works collaboratively with FFW, ProActive and TherapyPlus staff to assist with growth and development of health screenings, wellness and occupational health programs.

  4. Attends and leads prospecting sales calls, up sell opportunities and client retention meetings for FFW services.

  5. Coordinate with Chief Medical Officer for flu shot policy and procedure approvals annually.  

  6. Communicates effectively with others in both individual and group contexts.

  7. Oversees follow-through and effectiveness of service delivery.

  8. Actively engaged in professional networking to develop positive external relationships and to identify areas of future sales, program development and collaborative opportunities.

  9. Must perceive customer relations as a primary focus and continually strive to satisfy the needs of every customer in all areas of the work force.

  10. Mentors and assists in orientation of new FFW and other staff.

  11. Follows instruction from supervisor to perform other functions as assigned in order to achieve the goals within the department and Madonna as a whole. 

  12. Participates on teams and/or committees as requested.


  1. Maintains and ensures a safe environment for the department. Handles and operates all necessary equipment and performs required duties according to the established safety standards to maintain compliance with regulations and to prevent injuries.

  2. Proficient at Microsoft office to include email, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  3. Operates computer, fax machine, copiers and printers.

  4. Provides and operates motor vehicle and travels as necessary in order to contact and service clients and fulfill duties of the position.

  5. Assists with ensuring cleanliness of equipment and environment.


Light work with occasional lift and carry up to 25 pounds.  Frequent lift and carry up to 10 pounds.  Frequent walk and stand. Must tolerate frequent standing with sustained periods of up to 3 hours. Frequent, grasping of both hands requiring normal grip strength based on national averages. Requires sufficient sight to see and read reports and computer screen. Requires sufficient hearing and speaking to communicate by phone or in person. Frequent travel for client events and meetings required.  Mobility required to travel to scheduled events or meetings as needed. 

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/training and/or Experience)

Bachelorâ??s degree required, preferably in health sciences, health promotion, nutrition or psychology. Wellness coaching endorsement preferred or experience coaching overall wellness to clients and patients. Two years experience in wellness programming required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Spreadsheet, PowerPoint required. Valid Nebraska driverâ??s license and proof of good driving record required.
