Dynamic and growing toy company in Elkhorn is seeking a full time Sales Support Assistant.
We have an immediate need for a strong, professional Sales Support Assistant to provide general office support and customer service for a fast growing wholesale department. Qualified candidates should have strong computer and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities and Functions
- Processing and coordinating the shipment of sales orders (UPS and LTL).
- Generate and mail invoices.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers via phone and email.
- Process credit card payments, assist with collection efforts and post payments.
- Answer inquiries regarding product information, order status, etc..
- Provide support to sales team and customer service department.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Good time management and multi-task skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle daily duties in a flexible manner.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel and Word.
- Ability to enter data efficiently, timely and correctly in order to meet deadlines.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical role.
