QLI is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic team-player to join our Life Path Team.  We welcome you to apply if you are someone who takes pride in improving the quality of life of others.

We are extremely proud to have been designated a Best Place to Work in Omaha an unprecedented seven times by the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and Baird Holm LLP. Since our earliest days, QLI’s mission has been to deliver life-changing rehabilitation and care for individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, or other severe physical disability. With this mission clearly in mind, QLI has grown to become the largest and most comprehensive center for post-hospital brain injury and spinal cord injury rehabilitation and care services in the entire United States.

Share your positive, productive, and growth-oriented work ethic with our entire team of residents, families, and staff.  A successful new member on our Life Path team will be collaborative while consistently providing positive interactions with our social skills programming for our residents such as creatively facilitating groups, classes, special events, volunteer opportunities, and community-based activities. An ability to assist residents and co-workers with conflict resolution is preferred. As a Life Path Skills Assistant, you will be an essential member of a team that creates personalized tasks and activities that further support and promote a resident's journey through rehabilitation.  You will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives everyday while protecting dignity and instilling purpose for each resident. A successful candidate will be invested in others, optimistic, and have the ability to plan ahead and prioritize tasks.

    Competitive benefits package!

QLI is an EOE.  A drug screen and criminal background check are required.  Must not have any condition or limitation that could pose a direct threat to self or others unless such threat can be eliminated by a reasonable accommodation. Must be able to pass a fitness assessment designated for this job title and perform all physical activities related to the position. Regular attendance in your assigned role is an essential job function.
