Provide product expertise and excellent customer service


Assist customers in determining the best product for their needs.  When purchasing snacks, fuel, tires, batteries, oil, accessories, parts, fertilizer, and feed

Maintain steady flow of work while providing excellent customer service

Run point-of-sale cash handling and credit cards

Assist in ordering and counting inventory as needed

Stock and maintain neat and orderly shelves, showroom, and all customer areas

Assist in creating accurate daily reports and deposits within prescribed deadlines.

Answer incoming phone calls pleasantly, handling questions and/or directing the call to the appropriate person.

Other duties may be assigned.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record.
