ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Other duties may be assigned.
Assist customers by phone or in person with questions they have regarding their statement, patronage, equity etc.
Set up new patronage, charge, and fuel card accounts, and make appropriate cards for customers.
Transfer tickets and make corrections for any billing errors on statements. Troubleshoot questions from customers doing required research.
Balance cash drawer daily and reports as needed
Assist in distribution of monthly statements, including attaching invoices, matching payments and researching questions.
Assist in any follow-up questions or reporting needed after patronage checks go out. Also complete as needed any equity payouts, name changes, request for legal documents etc.
Create Monthly Employee Discount Report
Back up Accounts Payable as necessary

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One year of general computer training or equivalent experience. Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate and percentage.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
