The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing Right at Home’s franchise development website and developing effective multi-channel marketing programs to recruit new franchise owners.
The ideal candidate for this role:
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns for the franchise sales team.
Maintain a marketing database of leads, track leads through the sales process and provide insights on leads flowing through the sales funnel.
Manage the franchise development marketing budget and create an effective annual lead generation plan.
Manage the franchising website (www.rightathomefranchise.com) and implement conversion rate optimizations to maximize lead capture.
Build digital campaigns targeting prospective business owners using email, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve lead flow.
Ensure that appropriate tracking and measurement parameters (such as Google Analytics and CRM lead source mapping) are defined and established for each campaign.
Build landing pages and make optimizations as needed to maximize conversion rates. Test and verify that leads are being received in a timely fashion.
Work closely with the franchise sales team to monitor quality of leads, making campaign adjustments as needed to reach the most qualified, targeted audience.
Present ongoing marketing plans and results on a regular basis.
Interview franchisees and write blog posts highlighting their stories.
Write emails and create drip feed campaigns as needed targeted to current leads in our database.
Brainstorm new ideas for experimental lead generation and marketing programs.
Develop graphic design, artwork, and copy writing for advertisements and campaigns targeted to qualified leads and franchise brokers.
Ensure that accurate franchise sales information is displayed online with various company websites, broker sites, and franchise portals if applicable, for each brand.
Collaborate with sales team to create effective PowerPoint presentations.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION:
Associate’s degree in marketing, advertising, or graphic design related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS / ABILITIES:
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Proficient with WordPress. A basic understanding of PHP is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS. Familiarity with the Bootstrap, or another CSS framework, is a plus, as well as HubSpot, Act-On, or similar marketing automation software.
• Excellent oral, written, and technical communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to create, manage, analyze and present results of marketing campaigns.
• Independent worker with outstanding time management skills.
