Northfield Retirement Communities is look for a dedicated person to fill the CFO position!

 

  • Degree in Accounting & Finance with CPA required
  • Bookkeeping and reconciliation experience
  • Experience preparing financial reports
  • Experience with Microsoft products
  • Experience with proprietary software used in long term care highly desired
  • Demonstrates managerial and supervisory experience
  • Knowledge and skill working with Medicare/Medicaid highly desired
  • Possesses personal qualities that enable the employee to maintain good interpersonal relationships with employees and residents
  • Must have excellent written and oral skills
  • Must be flexible with hours and able to work at either campus at administration request
  • Must be able to prepare analysis records at request
