This position requires the ability to safely handle firearms and adhere to state, federal and company firearm regulations. This position greets and assists customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions and be responsible for utilizing extensive firearms experience, and knowledge in collectible and antique firearms to help customers make buying decisions.
Provide legendary customer service every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by identifying and evaluating customers' needs, and making product recommendations based off of this analysis, by providing a legendary customer experience for every customer and promoting Cabela's programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership,Kiosk, VOC and In-Store Pick-up. 60%
