JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides technical and administrative support to the compliance department. Performs a wide variety of administrative duties. Duties may include meeting with employees, data entry, preparing reports, coordinating activities, investigating and resolving problems and handling special projects. Constantly involved with highly confidential information.
Partner with employees to review and complete all relevant paperwork and refer to other HR staff as needed regarding our drug and alcohol screening, background check, Form I9, and required state posting programs.
Oversee execution of all HR administrative tasks including communication with business unit employees and managers, intake of paperwork, data entry and record retention.
Trouble-shooting, reporting, and tracking regarding our drug and alcohol screening, background checks, Form I9, and require state posting programs.
Support execution of HR programs through coordination of logistics, communication and materials. Example: conducting or setting up an offsite drug or alcohol screen.
Compile data and prepare reports and presentations for consideration by leadership. Create and run metric reports to assist team and business unit stakeholders in evaluating effectiveness of HR programs and services.
Develop training materials, forms and implement these strategies for HR compliance processes.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Associate's Degree or Apprenticeship
2-4+ years of experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter; demonstrates personal initiative and willingly assumes responsibility and ownership
Customer focused behavior
Exemplary standards of integrity and personal work ethic
Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint software
