Honda of Olathe is currently in need of Digital Product Specialists. We are looking for candidates that are eager to accept responsibility, works well with customers and co-workers, have a passion for cars.
Our Digital Product Specialists are responsible for responding to internet inquiries and interacting with customers to assist in selling vehicles. This is a Customer Service position, not Sales!
As a Product Specialist, you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. You will be trained on the specific products we offer and their benefit to our customers.
· Have at least 1 yr. of experience as an automotive Internet Salesperson or BDC department.
· Be professional in appearance.
· Be a follow-up "animal" - 60-80 phone calls & 50-60 emails/day
· Have a strong work ethic
· Have excellent phone and written communication skills
· Have a track record of high personal CSI scores
· Be proficient with computers, working in a CRM and Internet
· Have a great personality and a good sense of humor
