In the role of ClaimsXM Security Administrator III you'll be responsible for planning and Implementing security measures within the ClaimsXM environment.

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Active Directory User and Group Management for newly segregated Facets Admin./ClaimsXM team
  • Plan and Implement security measures within the ClaimsXM environment.
  • Support audit requests and evidence.
  • Create, modify, and administrate Security Profiles (ClaimsXM/FACETS Grids)
  • Allocate Users to appropriate Security Group
  • Troubleshoot access security issues including complex security grid issues.
  • Experienced with system administration module of FACETS.
  • Help determine, set, and maintain security requirements and guidelines.
  • Design/build technical automated security processes.
  • Analyze security requirements and recommend improvements.
  • Provisions and controls access to resources.
  • Effectively communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with both technical and business teams as well as auditors.
  • Support key components of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Perform other related duties as necessary.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or associate's degree and five years working in a technical security position preferred.
  • If no degree, a minimum of seven years working in a technical security position is required.
  • Working Knowledge of Facets (CXM) User, Group and Routing-Group Security is required
  • Knowledgeable of MS Active Directory administration
  • MS SQL Server Permissions and access level knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledgeable with HIPAA guidelines
  • Knowledge of Cognizant/TriZetto Facets security structure.
  • Familiar with FedRamp policies a plus.
  • Familiar with ATO policies a plus
  • Highly organized and responsible.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical mindset and proven problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter who can multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly productive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding and knowledge of computers, network, and security systems
