You are an experienced Revenue Cycle Consultant professional with a drive to support Oracle/Cerner Millennium. You work well as a part of a team who are responsible for delivering or supporting Oracle Cerner Millennium Revenue Cycle Solutions. You are highly committed, team player looking for a new challenge in a hybrid/remote roll.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Oracle Cerner Millennium Revenue Cycle Consultant is a resource that has experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cerner Millennium Revenue Cycle Solutions in the Acute Care or Ambulatory space, and they are capable of independently leading or supporting the delivery of these solutions with clients. They must have both workflow and solution configuration knowledge. An Oracle Cerner Millennium Revenue Cycle Consultant must have experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cerner Millennium Revenue Cycle Solutions in one or more of the following areas:

• Registration/Scheduling
• Charge Services
• Health Information Management
• Acute Case Management
• Cerner Patient Accounting
• Clinical Reporting XR

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required experience:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required, Bachelor's preferred
• Professional Certifications (CRCR, CHFP, CHAA, CHAM, RHIA, etc.) preferred
• Cerner Consulting, Support, or Configuration experience is required
• 2+ years in consulting, operational leadership or other similar relevant work experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Ability to travel 25-50%+
• Personal traits of a high-level commitment, motivation, energy, team orientation, professionalism, trust, personal honesty and integrity, and a demonstration of placing others in a place of high value.

Desired Experience:

• Understanding of and experience in healthcare administration and business operations
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and organizational skills
