Thrasher is looking to hire several motivated individuals who are interested in an entry-level sales role; recent graduates welcome to apply! In this sales role, you will provide foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and concrete leveling consults to homeowners who are in need. Thrasher Foundation Repair is a 45-year-old company whose goal is to “Redefine the Construction Industry” for our customers and employees. That means becoming a wiz at running sales appointments, referrals, and partner relationships. You will also be assisting existing customers with problems they may have run into once a Thrasher product has been installed.
What you will do:
Make Customers Happy
Visit existing customer’s homes to perform annual maintenance, and service existing systems for concrete settlement, radon mitigation, and egress windows.
Executes and interacts with customer by using Thrasher Customer Messaging and defined processes.
Educates the customer on how the Thrasher systems work.
Takes ownership of follow-up with customers until all issues are resolved while providing “WOW” service.
Regularly interact with homeowners while educating and providing solutions to help them to understand additional areas where their home needs protection.
Offers solutions and recommendations to customers through the total home inspection.

In order to be eligible for the hiring bonus, your first date of employment is between May 1st, 2021 and July 1st, 2021 you will qualify for a hiring bonus at 45 and 90 days of employment. More details will be provided- Apply to learn more!
