Midwest Basement Systems, a part of the Thrasher family of companies, is a family owned business specializing in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and concrete leveling. We are seeking a purpose driven Sales Manager to help us redefine our industry by constantly challenging the status quo. The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing our team of Sales & Service Technicians who meet with homeowners on pre-scheduled appointments regarding foundation and waterproofing issues, and provide additional options as to how we could further protect the customers home. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience managing a sales team.

  • Sales Training - Develop and implements Thrasher Sales & Service Process in both classroom and field situations that will increase performance.
  • Coaches and mentors team to hits or exceeds Average Dollar Per Stop and Quality Assurance Commitments
  • Communicates learning opportunities to various department, including Service, Sales, and Production.
  • Interviews prospective candidates and conducts new hire training and onboarding for new hires.
  • Responsible for all system trainings including, i360, expense reporting and other internal systems.
  • Handles escalated customer calls from the appointment center or service department, via phone or in person (at customer’s home, if necessary).


  • Minimum five (5) years management experience and proven success in prior sales or customer service role.
  • Experience training and implementing sales systems and programs.
  • Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct the team to reach and exceed business goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills including spreadsheets, database, and word processing.
