Thrasher is seeking a purpose driven Sales Manager to help us redefine our industry by constantly challenging the status quo. The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing our team of System Design Specialists who meet with homeowners on pre-scheduled appointments regarding foundation and waterproofing issues. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience managing a sales team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Leads and manages designated System Design Specialists by hiring, allocating work, orientation and training, setting performance expectations, evaluating performance outcomes, rewarding and recognizing excellent work, and recommending wages changes, promotions, or transfers. Communicates regularly with team members through individual and group meetings. 

Formulates and implements strategies with the goals of: 1) having each System Design Specialist meet or exceed his/her projected Average Dollar Per Lead every month and 2) the company consistently meet or exceed its budgeted monthly and annual goals sales goals.

Oversees the paperwork of the Sales Department to ensure clear communication among System Design Specialists, Production Department employees, Accounting Department employees, and customers.  

Works to resolve all issues with customers, ensuring they experience extraordinary results.    

Leads Meeting/Trainings/New hire training and onboarding.

Performs quality assurance checks with System Design Specialists, observing during and after sales appointments.

Communicate learning opportunities to various department, including Service, Sales, and Production.

Prepare and deliver performance and/or development discussions with System Design Specialists

Handles escalated customer calls from the appointment center or service department, via phone or in person (at customer's home, if necessary). 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND REQUIREMENTS

Minimum five (5) years management experience and proven success in prior sales or customer service role.

Experience training and implementing sales systems and programs.

Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct the team to reach and exceed business goals.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills including spreadsheets, database, and word processing.
