Onboarding Intern – Job Description
This position will be responsible for working with an onboarder and helping to support our onboarding and sales team members to achieve our goal of always providing quality service to our hospitals and travelers through complete and accurate traveler documents.
- Execute background searches for each contract employee candidate per Medical Solutions, Client requirements while adhering to federal and state guidelines
- Import and document background check results
- Communicate with onboarder, traveler as directed and sales members- via email, phone, and text
- Check in documents (HR, background, health, certifications, licensure, etc.)
- Process background checks
- Send Panda Docs
- Update 2.0 checklist as appropriate
- Provide consistent updates to traveler as directed, sales, and or agency regarding background status
- Organization and time management
- Open communication is imperative with team, sales, traveler and or agency
- Ability to prioritize and manage large volume
- Ability to type 40-50 wpm
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Strong team player and ability to work with others within and outside of team
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Great organizational skills
- Close attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines
- Able to manage a large and increasing workload
- Excellent communication and grammatical skills
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
