PaymentSpring is creating revolutionary payment processing technology. As a member of the Solutions Group, you'll be at the forefront of that effort.


The Solutions Group creates web-based software products that are used by businesses to accept payments online, offers an API designed for software developers, and continually seeks to create the latest payment processing technologies.

The Solutions Group is looking for software engineers with a wide range of full stack skills that love a challenge, and have big ambitions. You'll have the resources you need, be surrounded by payments and technology experts, and have a direct impact as we change an industry.

  1. Provides technical leadership on a cross-functional development team. 
  2. Mentor developers and promote good design patterns and writing, clean maintainable code.
  3. Design solutions and collaborate with developers, UX designers, testers, analysts to build a quality product.
  4. Breaks development projects into tasks and helps coordinate work between multiple developers.
  5. Research ways to improve and enhance code, processes, and teams.



Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or relevant work experience.


  1. 3 - 5+ years of experience in software development.
  2. Experience in designing and leading development on web based systems.
  3. Experience in working in a collaborative, team-based development environment.



  1. Strong knowledge of the full agile software development lifecycle.
  2. Strong web development skills using Ruby, Ruby Frameworks, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (e.g. Vue.js), and relational databases.
  3. Deep understanding of web technologies.
  4. Ability to research and learn new technologies and practices, and incorporate them into an existing software system.
  5. Proficiency in designing software solutions to meet business needs.
  6. Understanding of software design patterns and architectural strategies.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
