Supervises, instructs, assists, directs, and checks the work product of team members. May be involved in the development of associates through coaching, objective setting, training, and performance monitoring and management.


  1. Have full supervisory responsibilities as a first line leader. Works closely with team members to establish and meet client, organizational, and team goals.
  2. Serves as a liaison among operation teams and other technology teams.
  3. Develops team members' skills by providing real time coaching.
  4. Presents and discusses technical information in a way that establishes a rapport, gains understanding, and persuades others when appropriate.
  5. Proactively keeps leadership team and clients apprised of issue status and resolution.
  6. Facilitates and leads meetings.
  7. Works with and aligns resources to participate in technical assignments and balance multiple project priorities. Determines and modifies workload allocation to ensure efficiency.
  8. Assists in the analysis and understanding of client business needs and requirements on work assignments; facilitates team member understanding as well.
  9. May share the responsibility for the development, implementation, communication, and maintenance of policies and procedures.
  10. May participate in the hiring process via reviewing resumes and participating in interviews.



Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or commensurate experience.


2 to 3 years experience in software development industry with a strong expertise in at least one key competency.  2 to 3 years experience as a technical or development lead with a demonstrated ability of successful team leadership.



  1. Proven ability to work adeptly and effectively with others in high-priority situations; ability to establish priorities and solid problem resolution strategies which deliver the needed results.
  2. Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Demonstrates excellent judgment with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  5. Demonstrated competency in developing effective solutions to successfully resolve diverse and complex business problems.
  6. Ability to obtain a security clearance.
