High school graduate, GED or equivalent work experience.
- 6 or more months experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not specific to Call Center Preferred.
- Previous telecommunications experience preferred.
- Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer service focus.
- Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate through multiple screens.
- LAN/WAN expertise
- Pc and networking experience
- Solid problem solving skills with proficient attention to detail
- Knowledge of internet, networking and email protocols
- Solid communication skills
