This is your chance to be part of a fast growing company in Omaha, with plenty of potential for growth! This team will continue to grow over the next few years.  We are looking for a JAVA developer to join our team as soon as possible.  Must want to work in fast paced environment where code security and quality are the priorities.



  1. Facilitate taking in requirements and turn them into Features.
  2. Design User Stories and Tasks for Features.
  3. Develop software at all levels of the stack.
  4. Conduct code reviews.
  5. Research and resolve production issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date on new technologies and share your learning with others.



Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or commensurate experience




  1. Experience with Java programming including JAXB/XML, JSP, JEE, and restful web services (5 years)
  2. Experience interfacing to a relational database (3 years)
  3. Passion around good design patterns and writing clean, maintainable code
  4. Desire to be part of the full software development lifecycle from customer feedback to product delivery they want to help out along the way
  5. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills our developers know how and when to translate technical speak to other audiences.
  6. Has a strong desire to learn new architecture and find ways to keep our code modern
  7. Ability to actively engage in a team environment and challenge yourself to learn from others
  8. Good team player who can take ownership and responsibility of completing technical tasks
  9. Application Developer who is able to learn and improve on business processes
  10. Take large complex stories with the ability to break down into technical tasks
  11. Java version 1.7 or later experience
  12. Comfortable writing Junit tests
  13. Maven build processes knowledge



  1. Experience in Jenkins continuous integration tools
  2. Understanding or experience with software/data encryption
  3. Knowledge in apache Tomcat
  4. Worked within Spring Boot framework
  5. Amazon Web Services knowledge, specifically within a Linux operating system
  6. PCI or other payments experience/background
