Overview

Develops and maintains documentation pertaining to business processes, systems operation, and other technical processes. Develops, maintains, and facilitates training programs pertaining to business processes, systems operation, and other technical processes. This position will primarily focus on Facilitation. An individual working in this role will have direct impact on the way associates perform their jobs and serve our customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Develops high-quality documentation and training programs which are appropriate for intended audience using standard templates and documentation methods to ensure final products meet corporate requirements and standards.
  2. Design, develop, maintain, and facilitate engaging training programs on operational processes and other topics (new hire orientation, refresher, and performance enhancement).
  3. Research, review, and collect available technical and procedural information as basis for training and documentation.
  4. Conduct analysis to identify skill gaps and determine learning objectives.
  5. Work closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and develop work guides used in training and on the job.
  6. Work closely with BPOs, SMEs, and other training professionals to design and develop training programs and materials, including facilitation notes and other supplemental resources (e.g. job aids, worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, Visio process maps, assessments, etc.).
  7. Maintain a process to review and update documents to ensure content is accurate and reflects current compliance, regulatory, and on-the-job expectations/practices.
  8. Select appropriate training and documentation methods based on complexity of content and intended audience.
  9. Review and assess associate's progress following training programs to evaluate effectiveness of training methods used. Inform business and training leaders of outcomes using standard methods and templates.
  10. Complete administrative tasks related to training (scheduling, recordkeeping, reporting, etc.).
  11. Maintain associate confidentiality, regarding performance and assessment results.
  12. Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
  13. Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
  14. Maintain high dependability standards through advanced planning, communication of time-off needs, and working additional hours when such contributions are required.
  15. Contribute to continuous process improvement by making suggestions and taking ownership to improve work processes or resources.
  16. Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) and œeasy to do business with philosophy.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 - 2 years evaluating and/or documenting business processes and systems
  • 1 year or more training and/or developing training content

REQUIREMENTS:

  • US work permit
