Overview

The School Account Manager is primarily responsible for effectively servicing private and faith based K-12 schools.  This position is the main point of contact for partner schools, ensuring they receive the correct application of Title services outlined in the LEA contract. In addition, the School Account Manager is responsible for over-all management of school accounts, retention of business, and increased utilization of products / services.

 

 

This position will work on the Northeast Region of the United States, but be based in our Lincoln, NE office.

Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain relationships with school contacts by providing a high level of availability and proactively reaching out to private and faith-based schools, as well as LEAs.
  2. Provide excellent service to support partner schools and LEAs.
  • Contact school(s) to establish an implementation timeline.
  • Work closely with the sales staff to enhance the school partnership experience and satisfaction.
  • Routinely communicate with partner schools on a frequent basis.
  • Answer specific questions and/or find the appropriate resources to answer questions.
  1. Set up and maintain school profile information, terms and corresponding marketing site(s).
  2. Ensure compliance with all facets of the contract details.
  3. Encourage an increased use of FACTS Education Solutions services.
  4. Establish and maintain open lines of communication with FACTS Education Solutions sales staff and other internal contacts providing updates of existing, prospective and new school relationships.
  5. Make monthly reports of activity available.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Communication or other related field.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in education, business or management.
  2. Experience in providing top of the line support for clients, in addition to building and maintaining excellent client relationships.

 

COMPETENCIES SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

  1. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with school leaders in a professional manner.
  2. Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written).
  3. Ability to work as a team player and establish a good rapport with co-workers.
  4. Detail oriented with excellent prioritization, organization and time management skills.
  5. Ability to multi-task and complete projects under high pressure deadlines and stressful situations.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. General knowledge of Title services and well as products in the FACTS Education Solutions portfolio.
  8. General computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
