This position is responsible for providing support in the Implementation and servicing of client institutions using NBS FACTS products and related services. The Implementation Specialist is a support contact for client institutions and responsible for the migration and/or setup of various products, training and integration of internal and external services. Products include, but are not limited to, Actively Managed Payment Plans across all markets, Stand-Alone, FACTS Grant & Aid, Incidental Fee Billing, eForms, Pre-Pay Accounts, RenWeb (RW) products/integration and Data Integration.
Bachelor's Degree preferred (four-year degree BA or BS).
