NDS believes that customer service is strategically critical to the future of the sales, marketing and customer retention efforts of our organization. Therefore, Client Services is positioned as the key, single touch point for many of our clients across multiple product lines, to consolidate support and provide a consistent, efficient solution to their needs. This role is responsible for receiving incoming Client Services requests, creating new cases based off those requests, and distributing those cases to the appropriate team members. A desire to interact with clients and provide outstanding customer service is vital. The position would also serve as a backup for completing certain analyst level performance reports.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to recognize the different types of requests and accurately organize them into appropriate categories. Functional knowledge of the different types of student loan servicing platforms and software systems will be necessary in this position.
Associate degree preferred.
